| MY THOUGHTS ON THIS SITE |
|---|
| Rustic photos and bluegrass music go together like a horse and buggy to use an old expression. Of course they don't always, but they do on these pages. Both conjure up thoughts that are peaceful and calming to the soul; they take your mind off things like the Iraq war, out of control health care costs and the high cost of gasoline and one could go on and on; they remind you of places and scenes you saw during that special vacation or while just driving in your car. And, pictures tell stories, often allowing the viewer to write-in a story to ones mind.
Indeed, for me, the creativity is not in the camera used, the speed setting or type film used; rather in the selection of a particular site to photograph and what angle to take the picture from, etc..
It is hoped viewing these pages will take your mind off the rougher side of life and let you enjoy relaxing thoughts for a moment. There will be more bluegrass links and new photos, so come back again. Sign my guestbook or email me using the link provided. Enjoy your visit and have a good day.
Jimmy
